Carers Help App Privacy Policy
This privacy policy governs your use of the software applications (“Application”) created by Carers Help Ltd.
The Application obtains information you provide (ie., email address) when you register for an account and when you use the features of The Application. Registration with us is free. However, you can subscribe for a small annual fee to use some of the features offered by the Application.
We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
Users may upload a photo for their profile if using the social section of the app but this is completely voluntary and not required.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
Information that users directly input into The Application is not shared with any third parties unless there is a scenario that meets one of these conditions:

We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Application, including, but not limited to, the unique advertising ID of your mobile device. Data directly inputted by users (ie., periods, notes, email, account info, etc) is not shared with advertisers. Through our advertisement banners, we may provide links within this Application to other mobile/web sites from time to time. If you follow these links by clicking on an advertisement, you should use these sites in conjunction with their applicable user and privacy policies as their data practices fall outside the scope of this Privacy Policy. Further, we have no responsibility for or control over the information collected by any third party website and we are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you may provide on such websites.
There are multiple opt-out options for users of this Application:
Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application: You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Opt-out from the use of information to serve targeted advertising by advertisers and/or third party network advertisers: you may at any time take advantage of the Limit Ad Tracking features provided by the iOS and Android platforms by going to your main phone settings, under Privacy and/or Location Services.
If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, you may delete your account and associated data by going to the app settings, account page, and select delete account. Please note that deleting your account also serves as withdrawing your consent for us to process your personal data. This will delete your account and associated data from our servers. Deleting the native app on your phone will also delete any app data your phone holds.
Online user backup files and account information are retained as long as you maintain an account with the Application.
Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 for individuals residing in the European Union). If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at https://www.carershelp.com/contact. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.
